TAIL RESISTANT WELDING

News

A weld is created at the point of contact, specially formed on the working material. For example, the point of contact (hump) may be bulge or annular or extended technological protrusions. Connecting elements can be done at several points simultaneously. Suitably large electrodes cover all points to be welded in one operation. Overlapping or butt joints are created.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES:

  • welding of bolts and nuts designed for this purpose and available on the market
  • projection welding of rod-shaped elements, such as screws or catches (pins)
  • projection welding of pipe elements (T and cross joints) as well as bolts, ribs and cams
  • cross welding of wires
